Presenting an anti-oxidant rich Blueberry, Vit-C enriched Pineapple smoothie blended with fresh ginger, mint, hint of honey with a pinch of salt.

The best part is you can easily make these, with a mix of fruits you like all you need is a high seed blender. Optionally you can blend in some yogurt to add protein to it and make it a wholesome meal.
